A jack of all trades, Jean-Philippe is curious about everything and feeds his thirst for novelty in both his personal activities and his professional career. Quite proud of the fact that he has “never done the same job”, he has been a consultant, an expert in organisation and methods, a manager of contractual relations, a technical adviser, a general delegate and a director of public affairs. In September 2023, he begins his 6th career, as Associate Director of Pergamon. And this will certainly not prevent him from remaining a singer, actor, pianist, clarinettist and guitarist…
After years of wandering among the nine churches and the cathedral of Troyes, Salomé, with her baccalaureate and full of dreams, decided to leave home for the capital. Fascinated by Eastern Asia, especially by Japan, she spent her first year studying Japanese literature and international trade. She then exemplified the French expression “some passions hide others” with a 180° turn. She quit university and joined a BTS to study Corporate Communication. Equipped with a diploma and a student loan, Salomé became an administrative assistant. A revelation, since she realized that she was passionate about paperwork. When she turned 29, she went back for another diploma, this time in Executive Office Management. Several years later and after having gained some experience, Salomé joined Pergamon in September 2022.
Interested in economics, Juliette began her studies in this discipline, first with a preparatory class at ENS D2 and then with a master’s degree in Economic Analysis and Policy at the Paris School of Economics. When she discovered that macroeconomic problems could be solved with an unattractive Hamiltonian and that she had little interest in research, she decided to add a more political dimension to her studies. Armed with experience in embassies and press relations, Juliette joined Sciences Po’s Masters in Public Policy, during which she did a work placement with Pergamon. This experience strengthened her desire to advise economic players by developing public affairs and communications strategies, and she joined Pergamon as a consultant in September 2023.
A committed European from an early age, Alice hopped the Channel to study European Social and Political Sciences at University College London for her undergraduate degree. Yet, disappointed by Brexit, she returned to Paris to hone her knowledge of the now only twenty-seven EU member states with studies in European Public Affairs at the Université Paris-1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Ever an astute observer of current affairs, Alice also dabbled in celebrity journalism at this time.
Alice undertook several internships in public affairs consultancies and a stint at France Digitale, galvanizing her determination to advise innovative firms in developing public affairs and communications strategies.
Alice joined Pergamon in March 2024 as a consultant.
Originally from La Réunion, Léa flew overseas to attend SciencesPo Toulouse in 2016. A competitive swimmer and thrill-seeker, she juggled her participation to sports organizations with her studies in public policy. She almost jumped ship to become a sports commentator, but the thought of having to follow French tennis stopped her in her tracks. She first stepped foot into public affairs with former Prime minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin, then in a Parisian strategic communications firm. She joined Pergamon after her end-of-term internship in January 2022.
A Parisian by choice rather than upbringing, Isabella left her native Germany in 2016, fresh from a degree in Romance studies and communication sciences.

Torn between the lure of the great outdoors and the hustle and bustle of Parisian life, Baptiste has never really made up his mind. After four years as a technical advisor to the French Senate, he dreamed of a move to Africa.
But in the event, he briefly set up shop in the Dominican Republic, where he developed a bakery business. Upon his return to Paris, Baptiste’s passion for public affairs led him to join the Institut Montaigne, where he was entrusted with issues relating to regional economic development.
Baptiste joined Pergamon in 2024. Although he is now fully focused on his new responsibilities, he hasn’t given up on the idea of one day studying lions.
A native of Lille and a fervent supporter of the Nord region, Tarek completed a degree in political science and history at the University of Lille. He then went on to gain a master’s degree in history and geography, and became a certified history and geography teacher in secondary schools, as well as a temporary political science teacher at the university that trained him. Caught up in the trials and tribulations of politics and capitalism, he eventually decided to return to his studies in the Master’s programme in Advocacy and Public Affairs at Paris-Dauphine University, doing a work-study placement at France Assureurs (Fédération Française de l’Assurance). Since completing his degree, he has also been involved in community work, as head of public affairs for a national and European think tank. Divided between his passion for music, science and writing, Pierre-François hesitated for a long time about his professional orientation. He has kept from this time a talent for improvisation, on the piano or the guitar, solid notions of mathematics and an ability to interpret most of the standards of the French song. After graduating from the CELSA-Sorbonne University, and a passage in scientific preparatory class in Rennes, Pierre-François finally decided to settle in Paris and work in communication. Between 2012 and 2017, he worked at Taddeo, where he developed effective methods for supporting communication departments, developing influence campaigns and argumentative strategies, and supporting social crises. His scientific background allows him to navigate public affairs, regulatory and market access issues in the health sector without difficulty. In January 2018, he joined Pergamon as Director. NB: Pierre-François often disappears on the weekends to give concerts throughout Brittany.
